We want you to be happy with your Colorado River Outfitters gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• In its original condition

• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear

• Returned with original tags attached, when applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or want to exchange an item? We’re happy to help.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we can issue a refund for the returned item.

Return & Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us before sending it back. Colorado River Outfitters will make it right and cover the appropriate shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Colorado River Outfitters is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue so we can get it resolved quickly.

Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

• Your name

• Order number

• Item(s) you would like to return or exchange

• Reason for the return or exchange

• Requested size or item if making an exchange
